WHO IS Todd Saylor?
Who is Todd Saylor? A man who refuses to be average and consistently delivers unmatched effort in everything he does. Todd is an entrepreneurial coach, successful businessman, and author who has assumed many titles throughout his life, including CEO, speaker, philanthropist, visionary, and leader. But above all, Todd is a devoted husband of 35 years, a loving father, and a true friend.

Tiki Hut Retreat Day 1:
2:00pm Check-in (As early as 2:00pm) – Welcome Reception: Guests will arrive and check-in to the IMG academy accommodations, where they can enjoy the resort, pool, and Anna Marie island beach before the start of the retreat.
5:00pm -7:00pm – Island Building Mission Keynote by Todd Saylor: The retreat will officially begin with an inspiring keynote from Todd Saylor. He will share his insights and experiences on how to start thinking differently, and how attendees can build their own island mindset and achieve their dreams.
7:00pm-8:00pm (Casual) – Networking Dinner and Cocktail Hour: After the keynote, attendees will enjoy a delicious dinner while networking and getting to know other attendees. They will be able to exchange ideas, share their own experiences, and make new connections. The event will provide a relaxed and informal setting for attendees to network and connect with like-minded individuals.

1:00-4:00pm – Day 2 Excursion: Attendees will travel to The TreeUmph with Todd Saylor to experience a group team-building exercise that will push them to their limits and help them develop a stronger team mindset.
4:00pm-4:45pm – Transportation Back to IMG Academy: Transportation back to the IMG Academy Hotel.

7:00am – 8:00am (Optional) – Attendees can join Todd Saylor, Darrin Gray, and Jimmie Bell for a High-Level Successionaire Bible Morning Breakout during breakfast, where he will share his morning ritual.
8:00am-8:45am – Jimmie Bell will start the day with a Wired Differently Performance Mindset training, aimed at helping attendees develop a winning mindset that will boost their performance.
9:00am-9:45am – Following the mindset training, Bob Lange will delve into Wired Differently Corporate Teaching, where he will share his knowledge on building and growing a successful business.
10:00-10:45am – The highlight of the day will be the “Capture Your Dream” Training with Todd Saylor, where he will teach attendees how to identify their dreams and build actionable plans to achieve them.
11:00-11:45am – After the training, Todd will lead the “Capture Your Dream” Workshop, a hands-on session where attendees will work on their dream plans and get feedback from Todd and other attendees.
Noon – Attendees will enjoy a Deluxe Lunch Box before boarding the transportation to Egmont Key.
12:30-3:45pm – Day 3 Excursion: Attendees will travel to Boat Marina on Anna Maria Island to board a ferry to Egmont Key, a state park located on an island. Todd will be on board and will give insights into the history and culture of the area. Once on the island, attendees will go on a guided hike and explore ruins.
3:45pm-4:15pm – Attendees will board the ferry back to Anna Maria Island and be transported back to IMG Academy.
4:15pm-5:45pm – Attendees will have free time to unwind and relax before dinner.
5:45pm -6:00pm – Attendees will be transported to the Wired Differently Tiki Hut Retreat, where they will have dinner with Todd Saylor.
6:00pm – The day will conclude with a group dinner at Todd’s Tiki Hut Retreat, where attendees can network and discuss their experiences.

7:00am-8:00am – High-Level Successionaire Group (Optional): Guests who want to start their day early can attend the High-Level Successionaire Group with Todd Saylor.
8:00am-9:00am – Closing Breakfast Buffet and Reflection: Guests will start their day with a breakfast and a time for reflection on the past two days of the retreat.
